Did you know that there are 22 penguins in this picture? This kind of penguin does not live in the south pole. They live in warm weather, and they are by the giraffes at the zoo.

Moray Eel Hiding in a Hole

Did you know Moray Eels eat octopus and fish? Moray Eels stay in their home and wait for fish to swim so they can catch them.

Mantis Shrimp in the Coral

Mantis Shrimp look kind of like little colorful lobsters. Every other time at the zoo, the Mantis Shrimp is hiding in the coral, but today he was out of the coral so I took this picture.

Apatosaurus, the Giant Plant Eater

This is an Apatosaurus. Did you know that Apatosauruses have teeth? But they don't use them to eat meat, they use them to eat plants. Apatosauruses are almost like Diplodocuses and Brachiosauruses.

Deinonychus means "Terrible Claw". There were three of them eating a dead Tenontosaurus. Deinonychus have a big claw on their feet that they use when they hunt.

Mosasaur on a Rock

This was a sea dinosaur instead of a land dinosaur. This looks a little like Maelstrom from Ice Age 2: the Meltdown.

Tyrannosaurus Eating a Triceratops

Today at the Children's Museum we saw these dinosaurs and my dad took a picture of this T-Rex. Inside of them was robots and they put plastic on them and they painted them just like a dinosaur. They moved just like a dinosaur. They had speakers inside so they sounded like real dinosaurs.
